For over a week I've been trying to help you out, this does not seem like an MDVR we could have sold you; we can still support you; please contact us at support@saysecurity.com; provide the information I already asked you for:

* Serial number of your MDVR?
* How many Xr4 licenses you would need?
* Dealer/company from where you bougth your system??
