Official version for all our MDVRs based on H.264 is 24, any other firmware migth have issues that cause it to work improperly with our software. If the firmware your MDVR has is different than v.24 and you are having issues when using Mobile Witness Download Software or MobileLink, the first step to consider is to either UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE, depending on the case.
