I follow the correct steps but no .AVI file. I am using Windows 7 with MWA version 1.3.0.241. I have downloaded and installed the Codec pack. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Andrew

Hi, yes, you are running a version of MWA that does not allow AVI conversion. Please contact tech support to get the rigth version.

Make sure you provide your MDVR's Serial number and firmware release.

thanks!!!

Hi Andrew, long time not talking to you.

Latest version of MWA 1.4 allows you to do AVI conversion, please get in touch with tech support to get it (support@saysecurity.com)

Make sure you have your MDVR's serial number on hand.

Thanks!!!

Miguel,
I downloaded the 1.4 from the FTP, however my customer is using the M series DVR and it appears that the version 1.4 is for the H.264 DVR.

My direct email is astephens0@comcast.net

I really need to work this issue out so I can sell more of these.

Thanks for your help!!!

Andrew

What you need to download is the version 1.3.0.332 (is on our same website), please call support@saysecurity.com to get user/password for it.

Ok downloaded that version, installed etc....

Same thing, I follow the steps to make an .AVI and when I press the "ok' button it instantly tells me that the process has finished and there is no .AVI file where I told it to make it.

This is happening on both my demo laptop, and my customers main dispatch computer.

Both are running win7 ultimate.
