1. You should get a dialog box asking if you want to install software; allow it to install.
2. On your browser menu bar, go to Tool > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level
3. Enable Unsigned Active-X Controls
4. View Demo
5. Repeat Step Two
6. Disable unsigned Active-X controls
7. Next, you will get the WebDVR screen that asks you for "username." Enter admin and leave the password field blank
